Jessica Wolfson is an award-winning executive producer and creative leader with experience developing, producing, and scaling premium nonfiction, branded, and educational content. Her work spans documentary features, television series, podcasts, YouTube series, and global brand campaigns for companies including Indeed, Paramount+, Discovery, PBS, ESPN, National Geographic, The Wall Street Journal, and Conde Nast. Jessica has led cross-functional teams, managed complex productions, developed strategic partnerships, and launched initiatives that support emerging creators and expand audience engagement.

She began her career at IFCtv Originals, where she developed and produced innovative nonfiction and comedy programming. Jessica has directed acclaimed films such as Hot Grease (Discovery Channel), Radio Unnameable (Kino Lorber), and Play Around With Me (ESPN). As a producer, her credits span feature documentaries such as Life & Life, Sacred, Radical Landscapes, and Revenge of the Mekons, as well as shorts like The Paint Wizzard (The New Yorker) and Kinderland.

Named one of DOC NYC’s “20 Under 40,” Jessica is also a 2020 participant in the Realscreen Pathways Mentorship Program and a dedicated mentor herself, supported filmmakers through The Gotham, SXSW, and international arts programs in Central Africa and Yemen. She taught documentary production at the New York Film Academy and Austin Community College and sits on the advisory board of the Austin Film Society’s Creative Careers.

Beyond filmmaking, she has led marketing and creative campaigns with media companies and cultural organizations to bring powerful stories to wider audiences. As the Executive Producer of Indeed Creative, Jessica led production for branded content, creative campaigns, and social media across multiple platforms and drove initiatives like Rising Voice, which championed emerging storytellers. As Executive Director of the WAVE Grant at Wavelength Productions, Jessica led a competitive grant-making and mentorship initiative supporting emerging filmmakers through funding, professional development, and industry access.
