Fair Chance Hiring Campaign

Indeed helps formerly incarcerated job seekers find jobs and promotes fair chance hiring to employers. As part of this brand campaign, we produced a photography installation and video project, “Portraits with Perspective,” for Futureworks 2022, Indeed’s conference for 1500 Enterprise employers and hiring managers. Based on the success of the installation, we produced an additional brand video featuring one of the formerly incarcerated job seekers, Atma Jodhi Singh.
